Brand-Exclusive Lingerie Customization Service
A variety of lingerie styles are available for customization. If you have specific style requests, we recommend providing a physical sample or technical documentation to facilitate more efficient confirmation of the lingerie sample design.
Fabric Customization
- •Our factory supports full-category lingerie fabric customization services. We can tailor fabrics to your specific requirements in terms of material, weight, texture, elasticity, and functionality. Our range includes a variety of lingerie-specific materials such as cotton, Modal, cooling silk, seamless bare-feel fabric, breathable mesh, lace jacquard, brushed skin-friendly fabric, high-elasticity spandex cloth, and more.
- •We also offer precise sample/color card replication and development to meet your customized needs for product texture, comfort, and differentiation. By controlling quality from the fabric source, we ensure compatibility with various bra ODM/OEM production orders.
Component Customization
Shoulder Straps & Sliders & Hook-Eye
- •We specialize in customizing various bra shoulder straps & sliders, with customizable material, shape, size and elasticity. Straps are available in nylon, spandex, pure cotton, non-slip elastic, lace embroidery and other materials, and can be made as regular straight style, widened style, thin style, racerback style.
- •Sliders support metal/plastic materials, round/square/special-shaped designs, meeting different bra design needs, firm, durable, comfortable and skin-friendly.
- •Various styles available including plush & smooth finish, with customizable width specifications. Optional metal/nylon materials, 1/2/3-row & multi-hook designs, matte/shiny surface options.
Cups & Underwires
- •We focus on customized production of bra cups & underwires, with exclusive customization of material, shape, thickness and radian. Cups can be made of sponge, latex, memory foam, glue-free cotton and other materials.
- •Underwires are optional in stainless steel, titanium alloy, soft steel and wire-free structure, customized with ergonomic radian and size.
Sample Deposit
- •The production of lingerie involves complex processes. Additionally, customized support from upstream suppliers is required to complete a sample, and we must pay the corresponding fees to facilitate its production.
- •The sample cost is set at three times the quoted unit price.
- •The initial sample deposit will be refunded once your official bulk order is placed.
